Kim Barta is an internationally recognised pioneer in developmental shadow work and cofounder of STAGES International with Dr Terri Oā€™Fallon. His award winning presentation at the International Integral European Conference and methods such as Shadow to Spirit reflect more than three decades of practice. Drawing on psychotherapy and deep immersion in shamanic traditions, Kim offers a practical, grounded path to transform psychological shadow into clarity, creativity, and spiritual growth, guiding participants to turn their deepest challenges into their greatest gifts.
Dr. Terri Oā€™Fallon
STAGES: The Evolution of Soul
Dr Terri Oā€™Fallon is a developmental researcher, theorist, and co-founder of STAGES International. She created the STAGES model, a rigorous framework mapping patterns of human meaning-making across the lifespan. Terriā€™s work bridges contemplative practice, education, and leadership, offering practical ways to recognise developmental capacities and support growth in real-world contexts. She teaches, mentors, and consults with individuals, teams, and organisations seeking greater perspective, wisdom, and ethical action. Through courses such as Minds I, she helps participants integrate insight with embodied practice for durable, lasting transformation.
Kimberly Lafferty
Awakening Within
Kimberley Theresa Lafferty is a teacher-practitioner integrating constructive developmental psychology with Indo-Tibetan Vajrayana. Holding advanced degrees in Human Development, she is among the few Western women honoured with the Tibetan title of Lama. Kimberley guides multi-year education cohorts through the Confluence Experience and co-leads STAGES Internationalā€™s Minds I course with Dr Terri Oā€™Fallon. She serves on the board of the Association for Spiritual Integrity. As a wife and mother of a teenage son, her householder roles ground a path where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding.
